Reverse Ageineer ships to addresses located in the United States and internationally. Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. International customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties upon delivery. Orders generally ship within 72 business hours of the time of placement. Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature.
At Reverse Ageineer, we honor a 30-day return period, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to submit a return request. The 30-day count begins on the exact date the courier marks the package as delivered to your address. All purchases from Reverse Ageineer are covered under this policy, provided they meet the conditions listed below.
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, you must contact our customer support team within 6 hours from the exact moment your order was placed. If your request is received after this 6-hour window has expired, the order will be processed and shipped, and you will need to follow our standard return process outlined below.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and packaged in its original box. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty. Once your request is approved, we'll send you full instructions on how and where to send your return. The timestamp of your email will serve as the official record to verify that your request was submitted within the applicable timeframe (6 hours for cancellations or 30 days for returns).
Please be aware: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, notify us right away at support@reverseageineer.com. We require you to provide photos and a detailed description of the fault. Once evaluated, if the product is deemed faulty by our team, we will take immediate steps to make it right by issuing a replacement or a full refund.
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the eligible one and place a separate order for the new product.
Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), final sale/clearance items, and gift cards. Additionally, for health and hygiene reasons, personal care goods that have been opened or had their protective seals broken are strictly non-refundable unless they are proven to be faulty.
Notwithstanding the above return policies, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
In the event that a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the delivery, failure to collect the package from a local access point, or unpaid customs/duties, a refund will not be automatically issued. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT HEAR CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS OR REQUESTS FOR RELIEF ON BEHALF OF OTHER INDIVIDUALS. IF A COURT OR ARBITRATOR DECIDES THAT ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE CANNOT BE ENFORCED AS TO A PARTICULAR CLAIM FOR RELIEF OR REMEDY, THEN THAT CLAIM OR REMEDY (AND ONLY THAT CLAIM OR REMEDY) MUST BE BROUGHT IN COURT AND ANY OTHER CLAIMS MUST BE ARBITRATED.
